* PLEASE NOTE: Our nightly price is for up to 6 guests. There is a $25 per person per night fee for 7-10 guests, with the exception of summer (summer prices are for up to 10 guests).

There is a cleaning fee of $199 for all stays.

January - April:

Weekend of FEB 18th (President’s Day) is a 3-night minimum
